THE WIND
Close your eyes my inner child,
Feel the wind gentle and mild,
Feel it touch your skin, your face:
Gentle touch of silk or lace.
Let the sun warm up your heart.
Feel your heartbeat as a part
Of Nature’s universal song.
Sense the love surrounding you,
Mother Earth’s love for you.
Close your eyes my inner child,
Feel the the wind forceful and wild.
Feel the howling wind, the gust,
Carrying loads of sand and dust:
As if tiny knives and pins
Find their way to cut your skin,
Yet your heart still sings along.,
Mother Nature, realise,
Sends her love now in disguise.
Listen to the wind it brings
Songs that Mother Nature sings;
Songs of calm and love and peace,
Songs of fight that does not cease
Until balance is assured
And the planet’s ills are cured
And all know where they belong.
Gaya, never loose your faith,
Always brings love, light and grace.
