Watch the paths that you traverse.
Celebrate your life on Earth!
Know that death is a rebirth.
Love the sea, the lakes, the land,
Drops of rain and grains of sand,
Mountains, valleys, grass that sways.
See those colours shining bright,
As they change by day and night.
Sense the dewdrops on your skin,
Scent the flowers, breathe deep in,
In the present moment stay.
